In the year 2022, Tube Investments of India (TII) Limited, part of the industrial conglomerate the Murugappa Group picked up 76% stake in Moshine Electronics Pvt. Limited. This marked TII’s significant entry into India’s burgeoning electronics components ecosystem, aligning it to the country’s Aatmanirbhar Vision.

manufacturer of camera modules for various applications. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Noida, the company has established itself as a prominent player in the CSP camera module industry. Established in 2009 in Shenzhen, Xinchuangyu Electronics (Hong Kong) Co. Limited expanded its operations to Hunan Province in 2012. With a company size of 450 employees, XCG specializes in the manufacturing of mobile phone cameras and POS cameras. The company holds a 26% stake and supports MoShine from China.

With over 15 years of experience in the mobile industry, XCG has established itself as a key player in the camera module industry, boasting a team of experts in the field.

Managing Director - TII

Mukesh Ahuja holds a degree in Production Engineering from Dr. BA Marathwada University, as well as an MBA in Marketing. He has also completed Executive General Management Program at IIM-Bangalore and an Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston. He began his career as a Graduate Trainee Engineer in Production Planning & Control with LPS Ltd, Rohtak and has since accumulated over two decades of experience in managing operations, strategy, business development, and sales & marketing.
